Booking Terms

At our travel and tour company, we strive to make your booking experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our booking terms before confirming your reservation to ensure a clear understanding of our policies and procedures.

1. Booking Confirmation

Once you make a booking, it will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and the required deposit or full payment, depending on the type of service. You will receive a booking confirmation email detailing your itinerary, payment status, and any special requirements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking, typically 20-50% of the total tour cost, depending on the type of service and destination.
  • Full Payment: The balance payment should be made at least 30 days before departure. If the booking is made within 30 days of the tour departure, full payment will be required immediately.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any other accepted payment gateway.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before 30 Days: Full refund of the advance payment, minus any administrative fees.
  • Within 30 Days: No refund on the deposit. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour may incur additional charges or forfeiture of the full amount.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, the company will offer a refund or reschedule options as per the situation.

4. Changes and Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (dates, services, number of travelers), please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled departure. Additional fees may apply depending on the type of modification.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler.

6. Documents and Visa Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other necessary documentation, are in order prior to departure. Any issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation will not be the responsibility of the company.

7. Liabilities

Our company aims to ensure the best possible experience for all travelers. However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages that occur during the trip due to the traveler’s actions or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Responsibility of the Traveler

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they meet the physical and health requirements of the tours. Please check with your doctor if you are unsure about the suitability of the trip for your health condition.

9. Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate any special requests such as dietary preferences, room types, or specific activities. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met unless confirmed at the time of booking.

10. Booking Modifications by the Company

In the rare case that we need to modify your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you in advance and offer alternatives or a refund if required.
